Lear Corporation Italia S.r.l (d’ora in avanti, LCI), in ottemperanza alla normativa di cui al D.lgs. 231/2001 e successive modifiche, ha deciso di dotarsi di un proprio Modello di organizzazione, gestione e controllo (“Modello 231”) e di nominare conseguentemente un Organismo di Vigilanza (“OdV)
.LCI, inoltre, si impegna al rispetto e pretende il rispetto del Codice Etico (parte integrante del Modello 231) volto ad enunciare i principi ai quali la Società si conforma e dei quali pretende la più rigorosa osservanza e cui devono conformarsi tutti coloro che, in Italia o all’estero, cooperano e collaborano con essa nel perseguimento degli obiettivi di business.
Il Codice Etico ha una portata di carattere generale e rappresenta un insieme di regole volte a diffondere una solida integrità etica ed una forte sensibilità al rispetto delle normative vigenti.
Tutti coloro che operano con LCI o che hanno rapporti di qualsiasi genere con la stessa, sono tenuti a rispettare i principi in esso contenuti.
La violazione di tali principi comporta la cessazione del rapporto fiduciario e, conseguentemente, contrattuale.
Lear Corporation Italia S.r.l (hereinafter, LCI), in compliance with the regulations referred to in the Legislative Decree. 231/2001 and subsequent amendments, has decided to adopt an Organization, Management and Control Model ("231 Model") and to appoint consequently a Supervisory Body ("SB").
Furthermore, LCI undertakes to respect and demands respect for the Code of Ethics (an integral part of the 231 Model) that contains the principles of conduct and fundamental ethical values to which the Company aims and of which it demands the most rigorous observance and with which all those who, in Italy or abroad, cooperate and collaborate with it in the pursuit of business objectives.
The Code of Ethics has a general scope and represents a set of rules aimed at disseminating solid ethical integrity and a strong sensitivity to compliance with current Italian regulations.
All those who work with LCI or who have relationships of any kind with it are required to respect the principles contained therein.
Violation of these principles entails the termination of the fiduciary and, consequently, contractual relationship.
