Country-specific Top Employer 2024 accreditations were awarded to Lear for its operations in Czech Republic, Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain. Lear’s operations in Morocco also received a Top Employer certification for the second consecutive year.
Top Employer certification is based on a comprehensive evaluation of human resources practices and policies covering key areas such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Well-Being.
