Dear Valued Supplier, 

As part of Lear’s Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), all products supplied to Lear must comply with the latest Product Material and Substance Reporting in the International Material Data System (IMDS). We ask that all suppliers review the attached Lear IMDS Requirements for Suppliers to ensure compliance. These requirements supplement but do not supersede the responsibility of each supplier to comply with laws and regulations for the receiving Lear location(s) and the markets the products are designed for. It is the duty of all suppliers of Lear to comply with these requirements.

 We will be hosting two live Q&A sessions on the 14th September 2023 to address any questions or concerns related to the requirements. Both sessions will be held in English. The sessions will not be recorded.
