Suppliers Bulletin

Lear is committed to protecting human rights, the environment, and animal welfare in our global communities, operations and supply chain.

Building on this longstanding commitment, new awareness and training materials on the risks and warning signs of child and forced labor, and human trafficking have been posted to the Supplier Sustainability Policy on Lear’s Supplier Portal.

As our partners in business, we expect your organization to share in our commitments by reviewing and cascading the information provided to your employees and your supplier network at your earliest convenience.

As a reminder, Lear’s Compliance and Ethics line is available for making anonymous, toll-free, reports of any concerns of human rights or other violations. Details on how to report in local language via mail, email, and phone are included on the next page.

Thank you for your ongoing efforts.
