SRS Reporting – Moving to SQTS

Suppliers Bulletin

Dear Valued Supplier,

As Lear continues to update its legacy production supplier portal eSRM, we have relocated the Corporate, Common and Metrics Scorecards within https://sqts.lear.com portal. Credentials for eSRM remain your access to SQTS application:

External Production Supplier Performance

To meet the ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirement of measuring supplier performance, the Lear Supplier Rating System (SRS) Monthly Scorecard utilizes composite measures, which cover various aspects of supplier performance. It provides a monthly and annual record of a supplier’s quality, delivery, written complaints, customer satisfaction and warranty ratings along with competitive performance and scores.

These performance metrics also provide:

• Recognition of exceptional supplier performance

• Improved communication on performance issues

• Objective data for use in supplier management and sourcing decisions

• Opportunities for continuous improvement

The SRS Scorecards and the Supplier SRS User Manual which includes the scoring criteria for each of the categories are available at https://access2.lear.com or https://sqts.lear.com or www.lear.com

Scorecards are available for download on the 12th day of the following month

(example: March scorecards will be available on April 12)

Supplier representatives at both the corporate and manufacturing level are required to download their corporate and common scorecard data each month. Any discrepancies or disputes in quantities must be addressed to the individual Lear plants providing the them. Issues of shipping point, calculations and/or SRS set up, need to be addressed to Lear Purchasing Commodity representative.

A Quality Improvement Plan should be developed and submitted as requested by any Lear personnel.

If you have issues with access to eSRM applications, please contact your company’s administrator for assistance.

Thank you for your continued support.
