Suppliers Bulletin

Dear Valued Supplier,

As part of Lear Corporation’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices, this year we are launching a quarterly awareness campaign for suppliers on sustainability issues that may impact our supply chains. The campaign will include training materials and resources for your use. While this campaign is expected to cover various sustainability topics, our initial focus in 2024 will be on the following:

Q1 – Child and Forced Labor

Q2 – Responsible Sourcing

Q3 – Decarbonization

Q4 – Working Conditions

Specifically, during the first quarter of 2024, we will provide training resources focused on the topics of child and forced labor, with the intent to provide helpful insights into the identification, prevention, and remediation of potential concerns within your supply chain.

For certain suppliers, Lear will require these trainings to be completed immediately. You will be receiving more details and an invitation to participate in these trainings directly from Lear’s Supply Chain Sustainability account, sustainability@lear.com. Please ensure to add this email domain to your safe mailing list.

Our goal is to continually collaborate with our valued suppliers to promote and facilitate sustainability and the protection of human rights in our supply chains. By enhancing awareness and understanding, we can help work toward this goal.

For questions, please contact sustainability@lear.com

Thank you for your continued efforts.

Note: All suppliers are expected to report immediately any suspicion or findings of human rights violations or business risks. Lear offers multiple channels for reporting concerns through the Ethics & Compliance helpline, or directly at compliance@lear.com. All suppliers, business partners or any potentially affected party worldwide can submit confidential and anonymous reports in their local language. All reports are investigated.
