Patricia L. Lewis has been a director of the Company since November 2020. Ms. Lewis served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer at UnitedHealth Group Incorporated from February 2022 to December 2025, where she was responsible for leading the development and implementation of an enterprise sustainability strategy, including investor relations and sustainability governance engagement, and establishing and meeting environmental goals, health equity goals, and inclusion and belonging commitments and initiatives. Ms. Lewis previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer at UnitedHealth Group from October 2019 to February 2022. Prior to that, she served in various senior management roles at Lockheed Martin Corporation, including Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer from 2014 to October 2019. Ms. Lewis has also held human resources positions at International Business Machines Corporation and E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company, as well as manufacturing operational roles at DuPont and National Semiconductor. In 2021, Ms. Lewis was recognized by Savoy Magazine as one of the Most Influential Black Corporate Directors and, in 2023, by Sustainability Magazine as one of the Top 100 Women in Sustainability. In 2024, Ms. Lewis was recognized by Sustainability Magazine as one of the top 250 sustainability leaders around the world. Ms. Lewis has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations Management from the University of Bridgeport.
