Jared Fedele was appointed Vice President of Finance for Seating and E-Systems in May 2025. In this role, he leads the Finance function for both divisions, supporting Lear’s global business priorities, growth and financial performance.

Since joining Lear in 2003, Jared has held a series of increasingly responsible finance and operational leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis. His previous roles include Vice President of Lear’s Asia Pacific region; Vice President of Finance for North American Just-in-Time Seating operations; Director of Finance for Asia Pacific Seating, based in Shanghai, China; Controller for Lear’s North American BMW business; and other leadership positions within Lear’s Seating business and corporate functions. Jared began his career at Lear as the first employee hired into the company’s Financial Management Rotational Program.

Jared earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Xavier University and a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University. He also completed The Emerging CFO: Strategic Financial Leadership Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2026.
